Welcome To Myanmar Technologies Industry
Teak is a well known termite-proof, water and weather resistant hard wood. Mainly naturalized and cultivated in Asia and South East Asian Countries. Myanmar, India, Indonesia and many other South East Asian countries produce many forms of teak wood products. Among them, Myanmar (known as Burma) supplies almost one third of the world’s volume of teak wood production. Teak wood color and quality may vary depends on the location, age and technique of production. Golden brown colored Burmese teak is the most suitable for manufacturing of boat decking, outdoor decking, flooring, door, door frame, indoor furnishing, furniture, handrail, bathroom mat, wooden bathtub, and veneer, a specific thin layer of teak wood that sticks together on the wall in interior decoration. Many wood products may replace with other hardwood but for luxury boat decking it is irreplaceable with other natural wood because of its stability, durability and rate of erosion. Straight grains, quarter cut; sawn lumbers which must be free from black stripes are the most popular in establishing of boat decking.
